Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.
1 Corinthians 3:16‭-‬17 NIV

When someone stand in front of a temple, his first comment would be about the physical characteristics of the temple. How it is structured, how it is painted, its cleanliness and etc. If we are a temple, we should care about our appearances (proper hygiene) and our relationship with people.

When that person is satisfied with the outside part of the temple, he would now look at the inside part. Of course, dili lang dapat sa gawas ta nindot, dapat sa sulod pod. So we must take care of our purity(of soul and mind), and our relationship with God.

These are not all the details, but you get the idea. If we follow God's words for us, we would grow and prosper in our daily lives. To have purity in our hearts, we must repent from all our sins and choose to accept Jesus as our Savior. We should surrender our chains that hold us back and let Jesus rule our lives. God is good all the time.
